1. We receive a lot of enquiries everyday. Please allow us 3 working days to reach to you. We will try our very best to reply as soon as we can.
2. To avoid disappointments, please check with us the date which you need to receive your order and place your order as early as possible. Minimum lead time is at least 3 working days ahead.
3. If you opt for delivery service, we do not bear the risk for the items once it has left our premise and damage occured during the delivery will not be borne by us as we opt for third party delivery service which is arranged by us on our good will and on your own cost. We strongly suggest customers to pick up from either of our outlets.
4. Kindly check all the details in your invoice before making payment to avoid unfortunate incidents.
5. Full payment shall be made to secure your order. WE REQUIRE PAYMENT TO BE MADE AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE COLLECTION DATE WITH PROOF OF PAYMENT. Receiving invoice from our end is not confirmation of order.
6. We do not do refund or exchange for products sold. Please check your products before leaving our premise.
7. We do not allow change of date which is informed within 5 working days from the date of collection.
8. As time is of essence and your time is as important as ours, please make the effort to stick to the collection date and time stipulated. Any early pick up for cakes will not be entertained especially before our operation hours. Please do understand that our entremet is made to order and they are freshly made and decorated before your stipulated time for collection.
9. Table reservations will be released for any parties which is 30 minutes late. We will only hold your table for 30 minutes max.
10. Cake reservation will be released after 1 hour of no-show case. We respect your desire to have our cakes, we hope that you will respect our effort to make them available, specially reserved just for you. The cakes will be very disappointed if left without owner for that day.
